Shipping
We currently only offer local (around Shearwater/Devonport) delivery, and sell at various markets. While we are working on selling online and dispatching state and country wide, at present, a team member will package your order in a gift bag and drop it to your front door.
Delivery is available for anyone in postcodes 7307 and 7310. As your order is not being shipped by an external carrier, your order may be dropped off early morning or late afternoon, and could be on a weekend.
We will leave the package at your front door by default if it is deemed safe to do so. If you have specific delivery instructions, please leave a note at checkout to let us know.
Returns
Change of mind
We always hope you love your En Fleurs product, but unfortunately we are not able to offer returns for a change of mind. If you have an issue with your product though, please contact us directly at hello@enfleurs.com.au
Damaged or faulty items
In the instance that you receive an incorrect product or the item is damaged or faulty, a replacement product will offered or a refund will be issued, at our discretion.
If you believe you have received an incorrect, damaged or faulty product, please contact us with photographic proof for review within 5 days of receiving your order. If approved for return, once the item has been received by us, please allow us 3 business days to process. The amount will be refunded via the payment method used for the original order. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reach your account once processed by the team.
